How do I return an item?

Standard Return Policy
Products sold by SAS Electronics are covered by a Standard Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained by contacting us. All original equipment, manuals, cables, and packaging must be returned in order to process your RMA. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges for the returned item. A replacement or refund will be issued after we receive the item. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable for non-defective items that are returned. A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will apply to non-defective items that are returned.

In addition to the Standard Return Policy, all SAS Electronics items include a manufacturer's warranty. Review the warranty policy on the manufacturer's website for information regarding warranty terms and conditions.
